Album cover shoot for Derek.

My friend Derek Nicoletto asked me to shoot for his new album cover that will be released very soon. He came over my new “work in progress” studio, maneuvered thru unpacked boxes and fresh paint to pose for the shoot with a clear idea in his mind and hands. Derek is very talented songwriter and lead singer for “Telling on Trixie”. I also had a privilege to shoot his wedding. Check out his songs here.





Then we went down to my new amaising lobby to have some more fun. (I have a feeling that I will be shooting here allot.)

Derek Nicoletto - Gulya, you’re awesome. These pictures are great, and they’re not even the ones I thought you were going to post. My band, Telling on Trixie, will be using you for all our pictures. We ended up having so much fun on this shoot today, it became more than just a search for a cover…I got tons of candids as well that we’ll be posting on our website at http://www.tellingontrixie.com. Thanks again for the amazing wedding shots, and now, for your versatility on shooting me with two tin cans and a hallway.
